IKEA Products Pick-Ups
To use the Click and Collect service at Ikea, you need to add your products to your shopping list, select Collect at Stores, and find the store closest to you. Upon checkout, you will be given time to arrive for pickup. You also receive a payment confirmation email and can pick up your order during the opening hours of that pickup location. Orders are selected within 2 days (24 hours) of the selected delivery date.
When Will You Receive Your Small Order Delivery?
Ikea Home Delivery pricing starts at $5.99 and fluctuates depending on the quantity of the purchase and the availability of the products. IKEA uses third-party providers (known as "Parcel Carriers") to deliver minor orders. You consent to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, communicated to the Parcel Carriers by selecting the small order delivery option at check-out.
When Will You Receive Your Large Order Delivery?
At checkout, you will be able to select a date for your Large Order Delivery. Your email confirmation will include the delivery date. It is possible that certain products will take longer to arrive, and that items bought together may not come in the same box.
The day before your delivery date, the Delivery Company will phone you to give you an approximate four-hour window (e.g., 1 pm-5 pm) during which they will deliver your order. The Delivery Company will do everything possible to deliver within the specified time frame.
Deliveries that are anticipated to arrive more than fourteen days after the date of purchase may be subject to a $10 per day storage fee. You may be charged a re-delivery fee if you are not present at the planned delivery time.
IKEA Returns And Cancellations Policy
Your orders can be canceled before they are sent. IKEA will reimburse the amount of the product but not the shipping fees if an order is canceled after it has been dispatched. If you're not completely happy with your IKEA purchase, you can return new and unopened items for a full refund within 365 days, together with your proof of purchase.
Return shipping fees will not be repaid. You may also return open merchandise for a full refund within 180 days after receipt with proof of purchase. Mattresses cannot be returned; however, within ninety (90) days of purchase, you may exchange them for another mattress.
