How To Pay For Superdrug Orders
Prices at Superdrug include UK VAT at the current local rate, but do not include shipping fees. The prices include all UK and Republic of Ireland taxes and import charges (where applicable), but not delivery expenses if your delivery location is in the Republic of Ireland. Once you've chosen a delivery provider from the available options, delivery costs will be added to the total amount owed.
By filling out the required information on the "Payment details" page, you can pay using PayPal or most major credit or debit cards. You can use your Health & Beautycard points to make part of the payment.

Superdrug Delivery Information
Your orders at Superdrug are delivered through the Hermes delivery service. "Standard" home deliveries are usually delivered within 5 working days, and Superdrug "Next Day" orders are delivered the next day if placed by 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 8 p.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered by Tuesday.
You can use the tracking link in your dispatch email or the email issued to you by Superdrug’s delivery partner Hermes to track your item. Your 16-digit tracking number will be included in the email from Hermes, and you will need to contact Hermes directly if you have any questions about your delivery. The delivery fee is Free for Health & Beautycard members when you spend £15 or more. It is also FREE for non-members when you spend £25 or more. For all other orders, the shipping fee comes at £4.50
How To Cancel Superdrug Orders
If you choose to cancel your order, you must notify Superdrug in writing of your decision. You can cancel by writing to The Superdrug Customer Team, 51 Sydenham Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2EU, or by emailing [email protected]. The form of cancellation is available for you to fill in and you can send it to the Superdrug customer service’s email.
Superdrug will complete your refund if you return them within 14 days of canceling your transaction. Superdrug will send you an e-mail confirming your refund within a fair amount of time. The retailers will refund your money using the same method that you used to pay for your purchase. Refunds for products purchased as presents can only be made to the individual who placed the order's credit/debit card.
How To Return And Refund Superdrug Orders
Provided you want to return an item to Superdrug, you can get a refund if you return it to them in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receiving it. The following are not included:
- Goods that are perishable (e.g. food and baby milk)
- Medicines items that have been personalized for you are sealed products that cannot be returned owing to health or hygiene concerns if opened after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be returned. You can either return your purchases to your local shop or use the Free Post Label to ship them back to Superdrug. When you log in, you'll find your Free Post Label in your Order History under My Account. "Download your free returns label here" is a link at the bottom of each of your orders. You can then print this and bring it back to Superdrug with your order/item(s).
When your refund has been completed, Superdrug will send you an email to let you know. Please wait up to 5 business days for this credit to appear on your account after you receive this email. All points earned against any item(s) returned for a refund will be taken from your Health & Beautycard balance. When products are returned to a Superdrug store, they can only be exchanged if they were purchased on the website. They do not offer exchanges on products returned to their warehouse from the website.

Buy one get one free: When you get a 'Buy one, get one free or a '3 for 2' deal, you must add the 'free' item to your basket just like you would in a store. The discount will be determined on the "checkout" page and will be based on the cheapest item(s) chosen.
Gift with purchase: As long as the product you choose qualifies, the gift will be instantly added to your basket. You don't have to put the present together yourself.
Free shipping: This free shipping voucher is applied for your over £15 orders on Superdrug. If you are a Health and Beautycard member, a free shipping code is applied for the over £10 orders.
Student discount: When you show your student card in-store, you can get an extra 10% off in-store and online. To begin, download the app or go online to register for a Health & Beautycard. Are you already a member? Continue to the next stage. Then, go to any of our stores and link your Health & Beautycard with your NUS/TOTUM card or student ID at the register to activate your discount. To activate, you must make a purchase in-store. Now is the time to start taking advantage of your discount both in-store and online.
NHS discount: If you're a member of the National Health Service, Superdrug will give you a 10% discount. At your next in-store checkout, you'll need to display your valid NHS Staff ID Card as well as a registered health and beauty card. This will result in a 10% discount on your order as well as bonus points on your health and beauty card.
How To Add Superdrug Promotion Or Voucher Code
By entering your promotional code into the "Voucher Code" box at the "My Basket" stage of your order, you can use a voucher code.
