Moonpig Delivery Times And Costs
Moonpig offers cards, gifts, and flowers & plants with different delivery times and costs. Cards are delivered through Royal Mail First Class Post (Monday-Friday). Your order will arrive within 1-2 working days from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 9 pm each day will be shipped the same day.
Moonpig now provides full SMS delivery tracking as well as a two-hour delivery window. The courier will keep you updated on your delivery's progress and provide you with a two-hour delivery window. On the day your purchase is due for delivery, simply look for a text message from 'FLOWERSHQ'. You should be aware that an SMS message will be sent to the phone number you supplied during the order process. Your order can also be tracked using your Order History. Moonpig Cancellation And Refund
Moonpig begins processing your orders as soon as payment is received. As a result, once you've checked out, you won't be able to cancel or amend your order, so double-check everything before you pay. Our payment provider quickly submits refunds to your bank after they have been handled by an agent. It could take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on the bank's processing period. How To Add Or Change Your Order’s Address On Moonpig Site
Select 'Send Direct' or 'Send to Me' to add a new address throughout the purchase process, depending on where you'd like the card sent. After that, you'll be presented with a new address book-entry form. If you're mailing directly, enter the recipient's name and address, or your delivery address if you chose the Send to Me option. Here is what you need to do. Firstly, log into the Moonpig site, choose My Account, then Address Book. Next, add a New Recipient if you want to alter or add an address but aren't placing an order. How Are Moonpig’s Flowers Packaged And Sent
Your flowers will be delivered to you during business hours from 8 am to 9 pm. To ensure that the flowers are received in the best condition, the delivery staff will deliver at the pre-planned time. If no one is at home to pick up the goods, they will put them in a safe place or send them to your neighbors.
Flowers are packaged in a specially designed Moonpig flower box to minimize any damage to the flowers and keep them in top condition. Flowers are wrapped in cellophane and kraft paper. In addition to ensuring fresh flowers, Moonpig also wraps flowers in a "fresh mesh". It's a unique soaked fiber filled with water and flower food that we place at the base of your flower stems to keep them fresh and hydrated from the time they leave flower HQ until the moment they arrive on your doorstep.
How To Keep Flower Fresh
When flowers reach you, to keep them fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, you need to do a few things as follows:
Step 1: Trim Flower Stems: Before you put them in water, get a pair of scissors and cut the flower stems about 2cm from the base at a 45-degree angle — just a nice diagonal.
Step 2: Add Flower Food: You'll notice that we also include a small packet of flower food with your flowers. This contains a variety of nutrients that will keep your flowers healthy and looking their best for longer. Fill your vase halfway with water and drop it in.
Step 3: Place in Water: Your flowers will have absorbed most of the water and plant food from the nourishing wrap by the time they arrive, so be sure to put them in a vase full of water as soon as possible.
