Carnival’s Response To Covid 19 Pandemic
Carnival will continue to operate immunized CDC cruises, including the complete vaccination of our staff. Carnival is, therefore, able to offer the best passenger experience while at the same time protecting the safety and health of our visitors, crew, and communities. All transactions shall comply with this standard until further notice.

- If Carnival cancels your cruise or delays boarding by twenty-four (24) hours or more due to a government order or declaration of a Public Health Emergency, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid to Carnival within 180 days, or an optional Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”).
- If you want to cancel the cruise due to the pandemic or your covid-19 test, you are entitled to an FCC for the amount paid to Carnival.
- All refund claims must be submitted within six months of the intended embarkation date, otherwise, you will only be eligible for a Future Cruise Credit in the amount stated.
