Phone call: You will contact American Eagle customer service via this hotline: 1-888-232-4535 to ask for showing your gift card balance. Similarly, they will ask you some questions about your personal information and gift card, then they will show your the value as well as the status of your gift card. 

How To Return Aerie Items To American Angle
